Nigeria U-17 World cup winner Orji Okonkwo who is reportedly on the transfer wish list of Chelsea and West Ham is currently being searched for by his parent economic rights owners Football Academy Abuja.
The 16 year old who put up a scintillating performance for Nigeria at the World cup was expected to return back to Italy where he was with the Primavera team of Serie B side Spezia before going to the world cup.
However since returning from the World cup, football academy Abuja have not being able to contact the player who is reportedly being chased by English premiership side Watford and a host of other teams.
He was expected to return back to Italy to Spezia who are currently funding the Abuja based academy in an arrangement that involves them giving first hand refusal on any of their bright prospect.
The academy are not in anyway bothered by his absence as he has a valid contract binding him to them but they fear for his future as his progress might be affected if he tries to move to any club without their consent.
