Emmanuel Emenike loan at UAE side Al-Ain has come to a premature end with the Nigerian set to return back to Fenerbache or head out to the Far East.
He will be leaving the team with Ryan Babel whose contract was also terminated due to disciplinary issues regarding the use of social media and poor form.
While Emenike have a modest goal tally of nine in 15 games,Babel only scored twice in 14 appearances but the duo according to Al-Ain board member Mohammed Obeid Hamdoun never wanted to play in Dubai in the first place.
“Sometimes you bring one big name and he doesn’t want to play, that’s my opinion on Babel and Emenike they didn’t want to play here” He said.
Al Ain have already replaced the departing duo with 27 year old Colombian winger Danilo Asprilla and 28 year old Brazilian Douglas much to the delight of coach Zlatko Dalic.
