According to reports sourced by Nigeria forward Kehinde Fatai is wanted by Serie A side Sampdoria.

25 year old Fatai saw a move to Borrussia Monchengladbach in Germany crashed but might still fulfill his ambition of leaving Czech Republic side Sparta Praha where he has scored 10 times in all competitions this season.

Sampdoria under coach Vincenzo Montella are keen to bolster their defence and attack in this window and Fatai is seen as an ideal forward who will add bite to their forward line.

Fatai’s agent Stefano Vitullo is also keen for his client to move to the serie A after his exploits in Europe where he scored twice in the UEFA champions league qualifiers and presently has two goals in the Europa league.

However they are not the own serie A team gunning for the Nigerian who holds a Romanian passport as Carpi and Torino are also eyeing the former Nigeria junior international.
