As teams take stock of their performance in 2015,Vikings of Norway 20 year old Nigeria forward has been tipped to win the team’s best player of the year award.
Adegbenro according to Viking respected blogger Hans Petter Jorgensen writing in his column for Stavanger Aftenblad reckoned even though Veton Bersih who left the team in the summer after scoring 11 goals in 14 league games,Adegbenro is still the top man for the award of best player at Viking.
Hans backed up his point by stating that the Nigerian who scored 5 goals and picked up 5 assist during the period under review with performances which helped them battled at the top of the league.
He further told the fans to expect more from the Nigerian this year but warns he could have a bad year as well while also reserving praise for his Adegbenro’s Nigeria teammate at Viking,Suleiman Abdullahi.
Abdullahi who is linked with a move to St. Pauli of Germany is one player according to Hans which the fans should expect big things from this year as he will most likely grow into a feared striker in the league.
