On loan Rangers of Scotland forward Nathan Oduwa is back at to his primary owners English premiership side Tottenham Hotspur.
19 year Old Oduwa made 15 appearance for Scottish Championship side Rangers scoring once in the process but made name for himself with his dribbling skills and fancy flicks which caused controversy in August.
The Anglo Nigerian was accused of disrespect by players of Alloa’s after showboating during the closing stages of Rangers 5-1 win away at Indodrill Stadium.
Oduwa livened the dying minutes of the game with a series of tricks and flicks but one of his victims,Alloa full back Colin Hamilton said he felt that playing to the galleries like that had broken one if the unwritten laws of football.
However manager Mark Warbuton defended him after the game insisting he was just out to enjoy himself and not to provoke or insult any player with his flicks, tricks and dribbles but to impress and grow as a player.
It’s yet to be seen if his performances with Rangers will make manager Mauricio Pochettino consider him in the main team or send him on another loan spell this winter to continue his progress.
He holds dual nationality but has already represented England at youth level although Nigeria tried to invite him to their U-23 for the Africa Nations championship but he reportedly didn’t make it due to club commitments.
