Nnamdi Oduamadi heavily linked with a January move to either Serie B side Latina or Switzerland side Grasshoppers is deep in talks with an Italian third tier team.
Oduamadi and his agent Sandro Martone are presently holding talks with Lega Calcio side Catania who are represented by their sporting director Marcelo Pitino and technical director fabrizio Ferrigno in the talks presently going on at Ata Hotel in Milan.
An announcement on the deal is expected shortly with Catania set to be Oduamadi 8th loan team since joining AC Milan in 2010 where he has just one appearance to his name.
His deal with AC Milan is set to expire in the summer of 2017 but for the main time his focus will be on how to help Catania maintain their Lega Pro status as they are presently 13th on the log.
25 year old Oduamadi who is comfortable on either flanks upfront or behind the main striker has 13 caps for the senior national team of Nigeria with 4 goals to his name including 3 against Tahiti at the 2013 confederations cup.
