23 year old Nigerian forward James Adeniyi who has been in Albania since 2013 has moved from modest team Laci to league giants Skenderbeu Korce.
He joins on a 3 year deal confirmed by the club on their official website with general manager Gerhard Takaj describing his signing as the last piece of business the team for the team in this transfer window.
Takaj went a step further by describing him as an ideal partner upfront for top scorer Hamdi Salihi who has 14 goals so far in the league.
Adeniyi comes with a reputation of a goal scorer as despite turning out for modest team Laci he has 24 league goals in the last three years from slightly over 50 games.
Skenderbeu are currently placed second on the log standings same points with leaders Partizani Tirana but with an inferior goal difference which they will be hoping Adeniyi will help bridge.
In defense they recently resigned Nurudeen Orelesi another Nigerian who left the team two years ago but returns after an unhappy spell at Metalurh Zaporiya in Ukraine
