An official of Kaduna based Mutunchi football academy says the team are currently exploring ways to sue Israeli player agent Dudu Dahan over missing transfer money paid for Nigeria 2013 U-17 World cup winner,Aliyu Abubakar.
A fee of €80,000 was agreed as the transfer fee to be paid by MS Ashdod to Mutunchi Academy for the transfer of Abubakar in a deal brokered by Israeli agent Dudu Dahan, however the academy claimed they only got €5,000 from the agent as initial payments made by MS Ashdod but the balance of €75,000 is yet to be received, a year after the transfer.
“Dudu played a fast one on us but if he thinks he can get away with it then he is wrong as we are already working out modalities to sue him for pocketing what belong to us” Auwal Zakari an official of the team told owngoalnigeria.com
“We never wanted to release his International Transfer Certificate (ITC) to MS Ashdod until the transfer fee is paid in full but he told us they have given him the money and that he will send it to us the next day but bar the €5,000 he gave us as initial payments before we released the ITC nothing have we heard from him or the club”.
