Kano Pillars massive recruitment drive aimed at helping the club reclaim the Nigeria Premier League title have seen them snap up another player from the Nigeria B team that participated at the recently concluded Africa Nations Championship.

“Masu Gida” as Kano Pillars are fondly called by their supporters according to leaks gathered by owngoalnigeria.com have already concluded talks with Shooting Stars defender Jamiu Alimi who will become the fourth player from the CHAN team of Nigeria to join them.

Pillars are presently featuring in a pre season tournament in Ijebu Ode and Alimi is reportedly in the team’s camp already as the man who played twice for Nigeria at the CHAN championship in Rwanda views the move as a step up in his career.

We gathered they have also added Chris Madaki of Giwa FC, Paul Onobi of Sunshine Stars, and Ifeanyi Matthew of El-Kanemi Warriors all from the Nigeria CHAN team to their squad ahead of the start of next season.
