Englishman Peter John Farrell is now the new coach of Nigeria Premier League side Warri Wolves.
The 59 year old worked at Bolton Wanderers for 10 years rising from the role of U-18 coach to assistant academy director beside his playing career that lasted 15 years.
Born in Liverpool, England he started his playing career at Bury as a midfielder and played in Scotland,Cyprus and Sweden later on but it was in England that he played longer turning out for Port Vale,Doncaster Rover,Shrewbury Town,Rochdale and Crewe Alexandra.
He will reportedly earn 3 million naira as salary of the Nigeria CAF champions League campaigners who progressed to the next round after their first round opponents, Sporting Praia of Sao Tome and Principe pulled out of the tournament.
His last coaching job was at Brentford in 2011 as first team coach directly under the manager Uwe Rosler.
