Ex Nigeria junior international Kehinde Fatai scored his third goal in the UEFA Europa league when he scored his side’s third and last goal in their 0-3 win over FC Krasnodar in the second leg tie of the Europa League round of 32 game.
Fatai who already has 8 goals to his name in the Czech Republic top division struck in the 70th minute to make it 0-3 to his side and helped them progressed on a 4-0 aggregate victory to the round of 16.
26 year old Fatai currently holds a Romanian passport and was only stopped from representing them by FIFA who ruled he was past the age of 25 before coming eligible for Romania plus he has no ancestral link to the country he moved to from Nigeria in 2009.
He represented Nigeria at the U-20 World Cup in 2009 but is yet to get a call up to the senior national team of Nigeria despite his fine form the last three seasons bar an uneventful spell on loan at Belgium to Club Brugge.
The Jos born forward is rumored to be on the summer wish list of Italian Serie A side Sanpdoria after they reportedly failed with a bid for him in the winter.
