A week after making his professional debut, Nigeria youth international Musa Yahaya was made to take the walk of shame as his loan team Portimonense suffered a 1-5 defeat to Sporting Braga B.

18 year old Yahaya on loan from Tottenham Hotspurs was making his first start for his loan side but it ended early as he allowed his frustration to boil over and got sent off in the 22nd minute.

Yahaya was dismissed for denying a clear goal bound move for Braga B and from the resultant kick Carlos Fortes converted to put Braga B three goals up after 22 minutes.

10 man Portimonense were punished further by Braga B after Yahaya’s dismissal as they conceded two more goals in the second half to lose 5-1 with Lucas Posignolo scoring their only goal.

The game had two Nigerians on from the start with Chidi Osuchukwu starting for SC Braga as well but while Portimonense brought in their other Nigerian Fidelis Irhene in the second half, Braga B left Louis Ogana on the bench for the entire duration of the game.
