Finally after a prolong battle with immigration Sfaxien of Tunisia new signing Lukman Zakari arrived the country to begin training with the team.

17 year old Zakari failed to make the trip as planned on Sunday due to restrictions by the authorities at the Abuja International Airport he however made the trip yesterday although after another protracted drag with the immigration officials.

Zakari arrived Tunisia in the company of his elder brother Masaud and will most likely begin training with the B team of the title challengers on Thursday.

He will however train with the main team twice a week and participate in unofficial friendly games but won’t be eligible for any competitive game till he turns 18 in December.

His agent Babawo Mohammed reacting to the immigration issue said it was caused by a break in communication.

“There was no clear cut communication, that breach caused the confusion but it’s all in the past now with the player already in Tunisia” He told owngoalnigeria.com.
