The captain of the all conquering Nigeria U-17 of 2015 team Kelechi Nwakali will later today arrive the camp of the Nigeria U-20 team in Abuja.

Owngoalnigeria.com gathered he is expected to be in camp later this evening or latest tomorrow morning to join up with the team in preparations for the U-20 Africa Youth Championship qualifiers against Burundi.

Nwakali who is expected to join Arsenal for pre season tour after putting pen to paper on a pre contract with the gunners was voted the Most Valuable Player (MVP) at the last U-17 World cup won by Nigeria.

His arrival alongside that of his U-17 compatriot Victor Osimhen will help coach Emmanuel Amunike who handled them at the U-17 level perfect his strategies for the first leg encounter against Burundi in the race for U-17 AFCON 2017.

He is one of the two players who have turned foreign professional who are still being expected in camp with Lukman Zakari of Sfaxien of Tunisia and Samuel Chukwueze reportedly close to joining English Premiership side Arsenal also yet to arrive.
