Ekpai agreed a deal with Maccabi Haifa but Akwa United were reluctant to let the player leave in the middle of the Nigeria Professional Football League season but according to scoops gathered by Owngoalnigeria.com, He will now complete his transfer when the transfer window opens in Israel.
We gathered Akwa United over the weekend accepted the offer made by Maccabi Haifa for the services of the 21 year old forward who is a part of Nigeria’s male football Olympics team that will participate at the Rio Olympics in the summer.
