As teams in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) begin to strengthen their squad using the mid season transfer window ahead of the second round of matches, Ifeanyi Uba FC are preparing a record bid for two prominent names in the Nigeria league circuit.

Ifeanyi Uba are presently 11th on the log of the Nigeria Professional League table following the deductions of points gained from Giwa FC who were thrown out of the Nigeria league

However that has not killed their ambition of finishing in the top four at the end of the season and the chance to strengthen in this window will go a long way in helping them realise their aim.

Chisom Egbuchulam is one of the reasons why Enugu Rangers are top of the Nigeria Professional Football League after the first round of matches with 8 goals to his name, a form that has caught the attention of Ifeanyi Uba who are readying a bid of around 25 million Naira for his services.

Armed with a transfer war chest of 100 million Naira, they are also planning on a bid of around same amount of money for Mfon Udoh, the present top scorer in the CAF Champions League who plays for league Champions Enyimba FC.
