Jordon Ibe has been affected by manager Jurgen Klopp summer clear out with the English youngster who is of Nigerian descendant set to join Bournemouth.

Ibe has struggled to get game time under Jurgen Klopp who replaced Brendan Rodgers last season and with the recent acquisition of forward players, he has been deemed surplus to requirement at Anfield.

Liverpool have accepted a bid in the region of £15m from Bournemouth for the 20 year old who has been at Anfield since 2011 when he joined from Wycombe Wanderers.

He leaves Liverpool with 58 appearances to his name with his best time at the club coming when ex manager Brendan Rodgers recalled him from a loan spell at Derby County and gave him game time with the main team.

Born in England to a Nigerian father, he snubbed overtures from Nigeria just before the start of last season to focus on building his national career with England after playing from them at different youth levels.
