The Super Eagles of Nigeria World cup 2014 duo of Michael Uchebo and Uche Nwofor have been transfer listed by Portuguese top division side Boavista.

Both players are not part of Erwin Sanchez squad for the upcoming season but Rueben Gabriel who was also at the 2014 World Cup with Nigeria was retained by the team that finished 14th last season in the Portuguese Primeira Liga.

The duo were not among the group of 30 players presented by the club to the fans ahead of the start of preparations for next season after their failure to command a spot in the team last season.

24 year old Nwofor made just five appearances last season and scored just once in his first season in Portugal following his transfer from Lierse of Belgium last summer while Uchebo didn’t fare any better.

26 year old Uchebo made 16 appearances, nine short than his previous tally in his first season but failed to score even once as oppose to his debut season two seasons ago when he scored 4 goals.
