Former Crown FC forward Anthony Iokosa has agreed a deal with Israeli second division side Beitar Tel Aviv, according to reports exclusively gathered by Owngoalnigeria.com.

Iokosa will sign a loan deal with the Isreali side with the option of making it permanent next summer if he is able to match his feat from the last time he played in the country.

19 year old Iokosa was on loan last season from Everlasting Football Club of Lagos to the youth team of Kiryat Shmona of Israel where he won the heart of many with his astonishing goals record of 11 in 15 games.

Scouted by popular Israeli scout David Ouziel who is famed for bringing Nigerian players to Israel, the forward is expected for his medical and introduction by next week although all efforts to get across to his agent to confirm his arrival date proved abortive.
