Liverpool Manager Jurgen Kloop has confirmed Nigerian teen wonder Ovie Ejaria will not be sent out on loan next season.
Ejaria has so far taking Liverpool pre season by storming by posting impressive performances in their friendly games and after another strong showing against Wigan Athletics , the manager is prepared to give him a shot at the first team.
“It makes no sense to stay in the squad and be in the squad when you don’t have a real opportunity to play. When there’s no chance to play, it makes absolutely no sense. The players are young. We will not give on loan our very young players, absolutely no chance” He said after their 2-0 win over Wigan.
However the manager refused to be drawn on which of the youngster will join the first team in their pre season tour of America due to issues bothering on their education.
“I think we will take two of them, but no final decision. It’s not about taking them, Ejaria,Trent Alexander Arnold and Ben Woodburn are still in school- Okay, at he moment it’s holiday but they have a few other things to do. That’s how life is, our lives were the same. We will be with them, help them, and we know about their qualities so it’s the best situation.
