Ex Spurs Trainee Musa Yahaya Eyes First Team Debut For FC Porto


Musa Yahaya who was once on the books of English Premiership side Tottenham Hotspur, says he is confident he will be ready to play for the first team of FC Porto in few months time.


Yahaya joined FC Porto from Portimonense who acquired his rights from Tottenham Hotspur for a fee in the region of €550,000 after a productive six months loan spell at the club.

However, he is presently training and playing games for the B team from where his progress will be monitored for promotion to the main team.

The 18 year old is confident that in a few months from now, he will force his way into the first team set up at the Portuguese giants.

” I only need to get back to shape, as soon as am back to my best physically, I will most definitely force my way into the first team, Insha Allah” He told Owngoalnigeria.com.
