Head coach of Chelsea Antonio Conte says Nigerian forward Victor Moses is a talented player, after the 25 year old scored his second goal in three days for Chelsea in their 3-0 win over Burnley.
The Nigerian endured a torrid time at Chelsea under former manager Jose Mourinho, as the Portuguese manager didn’t see a spot for him in his team, sending him out on three consecutive loan spells during his time at the club.
Conte has however given the Nigerian, the chance he wasn’t awarded by the previous manager, rewarding him for his pre season performance with a spot in the team and the Nigerian hasn’t failed the trust the manager gave him.
Moses met a sweeping cross from fellow winger Pedro to wrap up a comprehensive victory for the Blues, his secong goal of the season following his strike against Bristol Rovers on Wednesday.
“I’m happy for Moses, I’m also pleased for the wingers, Moses, Pedro and Cuadrado cause these are great players with great talent” He said in his post match conference after the victory over Burnley.
