Dream Team VI Ace Amuzie Fails To Make Debut For Sampdoria In Defeat To AC Milan

Sampdoria summer acquisition and Nigeria Olympic bronze medallist Stanley Amuzie was an unused substitute in their 0-1 loss to AC Milan in a Serie A game at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.

Amuzie was left on the bench for the entire duration of the game after coach Marco Giampaolo decided to introduce the trio of Bruno Fernandes, Pedro Pereira and Patrik Schick.

The Nigerian who spent the second half of last season at Portuguese second division side Olhanense, where he made six appearances will however be hopeful of making his debut in the coming games.

Already a full time international with Nigeria. He played a big part in Nigeria’s bronze medal finish at the Rio 2016 Olympics. But still got overlooked by new coach Gernot Rohr in the squad that played Tanzania two weeks ago.
