Super Eagles forward Moses Simon scored his third goal of the season in Belgium, netting his side second goal in their 3-0 win over Zulte Waregem.
Simon who last scored against Lokeren on the 11th of September in another 3-0 win, found the back of the net in the 77th minute for his side second goal after Kalifa Coulibaly has given them the lead in the 47th minute.
Already the 21 year old has equaled his last season goal tally from just 8 games this season as opposed to last season, where he needed 32 games to score three goals in the league.
In same game Super Eagles fringe player Kingsley Madu was handed his debut by Zulte Waregem, coming on as a 87th minute substitute with his side already two goals down.
Same can’t be said about Rabiu Ibrahim, who was once again an unused substitute by Gent while Anderson Esiti was replaced minutes into the second half, after picking up a knock.
