Nigerian forward Osayamen Osawe scored a hattrick for German side Kaiserslautern to power them to a 3-0 win over fellow second division side Bochum.
Osawe who had a stint at Blackburn Rovers during his formative years, has settled down to life in Germany since moving to the country two years ago.
23 year old Osawe moved to the German second division side this summer from third division side Hallescher on the back of a fine season where he scored 10 goals.
Ironically his first set of goals for his new side came against his former side Hallescher FC in a cup game, where he scored a brace but still ended on the losing side as they slump to a 4-3 defeat.
His first league goal came against Dynamo Dresden over a month ago, in a game they won 3-0 in front of their fans.
Born in England to Nigerian parents, he is eligible to represent Nigeria and England at international level but he is yet to be capped at any level by either nations.
