Highly rated and respected Cameroonian footballer Nicolas Nkoulou has given his opinion on next year World Cup 2018 clash between Nigeria and Cameroon.

Nkoulou while talking about the possibility of Cameroon qualifying for the World Cup 2018 insist that despite the fact that Nigeria are currently holding a four point lead at the top of the group, Cameroon can still qualify.

The 26 year old says for them to keep their hope alive and well in their quest to replace Nigeria and qualify for the World Cup, they need to get a positive result against Nigeria in their back to back games next year.

” It’s not over yet. We stand a chance of progressing even though Nigeria are in the driving seat. It’s a straight forward option for us, beat Nigeria in Yaounde and get a good result away and we are back on track” He said.

” We will approach the Nigeria game with respect not fear, they are blessed with talented players especially upfront, just when you think stopping Kelechi Iheanacho is not a big deal then you remember you have to cope with the unpredictable Victor Moses and Alex Iwobi”.
