One time Super Eagles invitee Idris Ahmed says he is ready for a return to professional football action after the successful completion of his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Ahmed who last represented Nasarawa United in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) took a break from active football to complete his NYSC as demanded by the educational set up in Nigeria.
” I took a break to focus on my education and National Youth Service (NYSC), I had to stay off football for a while due to it but have been keeping fit while away from active football.
” Am through with my NYSC , my parent at a time wanted me to get over with it before focusing on my career as a footballer. Am ready to return to the pitch”, Ahmed told Owngoalnigeria.com.
