Celtic outcast Efe Ambrose has told SkySports Scotland that his proposed move to Blackburn Rovers went through yesterday but it’s subject to approval by the League body.
Ambrose deal wasn’t announced after the 11pm deadline, but it could still go through if the transfer papers were submitted to the league body before the deadline.
He now faces an anxious wait until later today to confirm if his move away from Celtic, where he has been frozen out of the first team set-up is approved by the league boy or not.
His move was also captured by the Scottish FA in their list of deadline day transfers published on their website following the close of the transfer January window yesterday.
However both teams are yet to officially announce the move, apparently waiting for the league body approval which could come later today.
