Ex Brazil international and newly appointed Barcelona ambassador Ronaldinho has sanctioned a move for talented Nigerian midfielder Felix Benjamin after trials for Kosovo side Lira.
Benjamin last represented Rivers United in the Nigeria domestic league but left the team at the end of the season for Kosovo, where he had trials under the watchful eyes of Ronaldinho.
The Brazilian super star works as a consultant for Lira, and after watching Benjamin alongside former Nigeria U-17 midfielder Deji Joel put in a word for them to be signed.
A defensive midfielder by trade, Benjamin is also comfortable playing further up the pitch, and his major asset lies in his abilities to hit near perfect passes.
He has penned a two-year contract with the Vala Superliga e Kosoves outfit.
