Former Nigeria junior international Musa Yahaya gave a performance that proved why he is so highly rated by the FC Porto hierarchy by starring for the B team in a 0-0 draw against Vizela.
The 19 year old was on from the start and lasted the entire duration of the game, while his Nigerian counterpart at the B team of FC Porto Chidozie Awaziem was missing, as he is suspended due to accumulated yellow cards.
Yahaya was playing his first league game for the B team as he has spent most of his time with the senior team, where he has failed to break into the first team despite training with them regularly.
At the turn of the year, the former Spurs prospect was temporarily moved to the B team where he trains for most of the week , but still joins the first team in training twice in a week.
He was voted man of the match for FC Porto B team in their 2-0 win over Manchester United in the semi final of the International Premier League Cup last month.
