Former Leicester City goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer has labelled Super Eagles forward Ahmed Musa not good enough for Leicester City following a poor season after his 18 million pounds move from CSKA Moscow.
Musa has only made seven starts in the 21 games he has played this season, with just two goals to his name in the league. Schwarzer believes the forward has failed to justify the huge amount splashed on him by the club.
However, the Australian shot stopper who won the league with Leicester City last season has nothing but praised for Musa’s Nigerian counterpart at the club Wilfred Ndidi who arrived in January from Belgian side Genk.
” Ahmed Musa and other players signed in the summer have not been good enough. Musa particularly have not lived to expectations considering the amount the club paid for him”, he said.
“It’s only Wilfred Ndidi who has fitted into the first team. He has done well since coming into the team in January “.
