Failed Arsenal target Samiel Chukwueze is set to arrive Spain later this month to kick start his career with La-Liga outfit Villarreal according to the owner of his club Diamond Football Academy.
Prince Ikechukwu Apugo revealed in a chat that the highly talented Nigerian winger who was a revelation for the all conquering Nigeria U17 team of 2015 is still in Nigeria because he has not been issued a visa by the Spanish Embassy.
As first reported by this football portal, Chukwueze who is fondly called Robben by team-mates agreed to a four year deal with the option of a fifth with Villarreal, and the La-Liga side have already paid part of the fees agreed for his transfer.
He was supposed to join Arsenal alongside Kelechi Nwakali but his own deal fell through due to issues bothering on the mode of payment of the agreed transfer fee.
At Villarreal he will team up with his Nigeria U17 and 20 team-mate Jack Ipalibo who has been a revelation for the B team, where Chukwueze is expected to start his stint at the club, before hopefully progressing to the main team.
