Iheanacho Listed, Ndidi Starts, Musa Missing In Leicester City Starting Line Up VS Arsenal

Coach of Leicester City Craig Shakespeare has released his starting line up for tonight’s clash against Arsenal at the Emirates, which will mark the the start of the 2017/2018 English Premier League season.

The manager named an identical line up to the one that ended the season with the Foxes last season with only one Nigerian player among the three at the club selected to start the game.

Wilfred Ndidi was named as part of a four man midfield, while newly signed Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho was listed as a substitute by the manager, who had no place in his squad for Ahmed Musa.

Musa has been linked with a move away from the club with Championship side Hull City favourite to land the 24 year old, who has failed to live up to his big money tag since his transfer from CSKA Moscow last summer.
