“Nigerian Neymar” Dennis Bonaventure Scoring For Fun In Belgium, Fires Club Brugge To Victory Again

‎19 year old Nigerian forward Dennis Bonaventure scored his fourth league goal for Club Brugge to power them to a 2-1 win over Zulte Waregem in a Belgium First Division A clash.

Populary referred to as Nigerian Neymar Bonaventure scored in the 22nd minute to put his side ahead three minutes after he was booked for a foul.

The goal was his fifth of the season for the team he joined in the summer from Ukrainian side Zorya at the start of the summer transfer window for a fee in the region of €1.3m.

Before his goal against Zulte Waregem he has found the back of the net in league games against AS Eupen and his brace against Lokeren on his league debut, came three days after he scored on his official debut against Istanbul Basaksehir in the Europa League.

Already he is two goals away from the total amount of goals he scored in Ukraine last season for Zorya, where he found the back of the net six times from 22 games in what was his first season as a professional footballer.
