Exclusive – Eagles Star Alhassan Ibrahim “Mu’azam ” Joins Austrian Giants Austria Wien


Akwa United and Super Eagles of Nigeria fringe forward Alhassan Ibrahim popularly called Mu’azam has joined Austrian side Austria Wien, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.


The 20 year old forward who played for Nigeria in the friendly games against Corsica and Togo this year was part of the Nigeria B team that secured qualification to the Africa Nations Championship over the weekend.

Mu’azam was on for the entire duration of their 2-0 win over Benin Republic which secured their spot at the tournament meant for African players based in the various domestic leagues in Africa, and is to be hosted by kenya.

The duration of the deal he signed with the team hasn’t been made official yet, but sources revealed he has penned a one year loan deal with the team that once had fellow Nigerian Olarewaju Kayode on their books, having the option to buy him permanently next summer.
