Don’t Expect Us To Come Out Attacking Against Nigeria – Cameroon Coach

Hugo Broos

Coach of the senior national team of Cameroon Hugo Broos has given a slight hint on how his team will line up against Nigeria in tomorrow’s World Cup 2018 Qualifiers tie in Uyo.

Broos who initially said his wards are targeting a point from the game in Uyo and all three points in the reverse fixture in Cameroon insist his team will play the game base on the players at his disposal.

The coach who is without three first choice players ‎warned fans of the team not to expect his team to go all out and attack against Nigeria , as according to him defending well is key.

” We have to worry about stopping them from scoring before we think of scoring ourselves. Yes we are not going to defend in numbers but we won’t go all out attacking as well. It could be counter productive “, Broos said.

” We know Nigeria has pace in attack, we have to nullify that threat and hopefully it will work out well for us. It won’t be easy but we are not scared of Nigeria “.
