Newly signed Partizan Belgrade forward Theophilus Solomon got off to a flying start in his first game for the Serbian outfit by scoring in their 2-0 friendly win over Macva.
Solomon joined the team on a season long loan deal from Croatian side HNK Rijeka, but his debut has been delayed as he continues to build his way to full match fitness after missing their pre season training.
He was however handed a start in their friendly game meant to keep players who didn’t travel for international games in shape, and he responded with a well taken goal to open scoring in the friendly clash against Macva.
21 year old Solomon was quick to a through pass over the top of the defence of Macva, his control took him and the ball away from his marker before calmly slotting the ball into the net.
The goal wasn’t the only highlight of his performance as he was very lively and gave the defence of Macva all sort of troubles with his all action style of play, which earned him praises from his coach after the game.
