Former Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Emenike scored twice for Greek side Olympiakos in their 2-1 win over Asteras Tripolis in the Greek League Cup in what was his first start since joining the team.

The former who had a loan spell at English Premier League side West Ham last season netted his first goal via the spot in the 71st minute, before grabbing his brace seven minutes later.

Injury has slowed down the power playing 30 year old who wasted no time in proving his worth to the club with a goal in the UEFA Champions League Qualifiers on his debut for the team against Partizan Belgrade.
