Rohr Reveals Six Friendly Games Super Eagles Plan To Play Before The World Cup

Coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria Gernot Rohr has revealed the possible dates he is hoping the Super Eagles of Nigeria will play tune up games for the World Cup.

Tomorrow’s game against Argentina will be the first warm up game for Super Eagles ahead of their campaign at next year World Cup, and according to Rohr they have more games line up next year.

Rohr in a chat with Completesportsnigeria.com said he is hoping to make use of the six available dates for friendly games before the World Cup to good effect.

Aside that he is also hoping to use days after the conclusion of the various European leagues to secure friendly games for the Super Eagles.
“It’s very good we have two games to prepare our team between November and March but it is not enough,” Rohr told Completesportsnigeria.com.

“We’ll like two games in May, two games at the start of June. We could have six games during the pre-World Cup preparation, with training sessions used as match conditions.”
