Former goalkeeper and captain of the senior national team of Nigeria Vincent Enyeama replied a fan in a cryptic manner when asked about his potential return to the Super Eagles as well as his club future.
There has been talks about Enyeama returning back to the Super Eagles with coach Gernot Rohr insisting that the experience of the goalkeeper would be vital for the team in Russia next year.
Even though feelers from people close to him indicate he is not willing to come out of retirement, some Nigerians are still advocating for his return, but mostly are of the opinion that he has to sort his club future.
The 35 year old is not in the plans of coach Marcelo Bielsa, and since returning after a six months lay off, he is yet to be included in the squad of the team for any of their competitive fixture this season.
To that effect, a fan of the Super Eagles asked him about his club career and potential return to the Nigeria national team, and his reply gave little or no insight as to what his plans might be when the transfer window opens in January.
Thanks a lot but don’t worry, the future will take care of itself.👌👌👌 https://t.co/fisAqSybOc
