Victor Moses once again confirmed his ratings as one of the best wing-back in the world with a strong showing for Chelsea in their 1-1 draw against Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League.
Moses was handed his second consecutive start by coach Antonio Conte following his full recovery from the hamstring injury that ruled him out for six weeks.
The Nigerian did not disappoint as he put in a strong performance which played a part in Chelsea recovering from going behind to draw 1-1 , a result which stopped them from finishing top of their group.
Saul Niguez goal saw Chelsea chasing leadership of the group with Roma temporarily replacing them as group leaders as they were at that time leading Qarabag 1-0.
However a Dejan Savic own goal helped Chelsea to level scores, but the one point picked still wasn’t good enough for them to finish ahead of Roma despite finishing on same 11 points .
