Super Eagles Goalkeeper Uzoho Post Clean Sheet As Deportivo La Coruna B Secures Away Point

Newly capped Super Eagles goalkepper Francis Odinaka Uzoho kept his second clean sheet in three games for Deportivo La Coruna B in the Spanish Segunda B, following their 0-0 draw away to ten man San Sebastian de los Reyes.

Uzoho has firmly established himself as the first choice of the B team of the LaLiga side since the turn of the year, as he has kept goal in back to back league games as opposed to the first stanza where he was in and out of the team.

So far he has kept goal in 11 games for the B team, and two for the first team in the LaLiga, the last of which was the 1-2 loss to Girona on the 23rd of October last year.

The axing of coach Pepe Mel who handed him his first team bow has proved costly for him, with his replacement Cristobal Parralo preferring ‎the duo of Ruben Martinez and Costel Pantilimon ahead of the Nigerian.
