On loan Everton forward Henry Onyekuru is back running again after making full recovery from the injury he picked up in December during a league game for his loan side Anderlecht against Eupen.

Onyekuru was originally billed for surgery but the forward avoided going under the knife, with Everton announcing that he won’t be needing surgery after a check by their doctors.

The Nigerian completed the first stage of his rehabilitation successfully, and the second stage which involves running on the treadmill has started successfully for the forward.

Prior to his injury he has settled down nicely at Everton after a slow start, and was already delivering same form that made Everton snap him up after his first season in the top flight of Belgium league with Eupen last season.
