The Nigerian joined Amkar Perm on loan from fellow Russian side CSKA Moscow during the January transfer window, and ‎the striker who scored just once in seven games for CSKA in the first half of the league has already doubled his tally in just three games for his new side.

Aaron netted his first goal via the spot in the 48th minute to draw his team level, before grabbing his brace eleven minutes later to seal a morale boosting win for his side. He was substituted to a standing ovation in the 69th minute.

Dropped from the squad of the Super Eagles ‎after failing to make an impression when he was first invited by coach Gernot Rohr, he will be hoping to maintain his goal scoring form to force his way back into the plans of the coach ahead of the World Cup in Russia.
