DW Sports Management now have as many as seven current players of the Super Eagles of Nigeria under their management following the capture of the duo, who are at a time the marquee clients of the agency of Tony Harris.
Brian Idowu, Mikel Agu, Shehu Abdullahi, Ahmed Musa and Oghenekaro Etebo are the other Super Eagles players under the management of DW Sports Management, and Owngoalnigeria.com gathered that they were also close to adding William Troost-Ekong to their team before he decided to team up with Stellar Group.
Musa’s move to the company comes to many as a shock considering the length of time he has been with Harris, who was pivotal in his move to Dutch side VVV Venlo in 2011 from Nigeria Professional Football League side Kano Pillars.
Simon also left same agent who took him to his first club in Europe AS Trencin, before his move to Gent where he is close to joining a team in the English Premier League after the World Cup in Russia later in the year.
