Revealed – Why Monaco Target Samuel Kalu Struggled For Gent In Belgium Play-Off


Gent highly rated Nigerian forward ‎Samuel Kalu wasn’t at his best in the recently concluded Belgium play off as he failed to find the back of the net in the seven games that he featured in.


Kalu show scored six goals with six assists in 24 league games won several team of the week nomination, which led to interest in his services from top clubs around Europe.

The GBS of Jos graduate is widely tipped to leave Gent in the summer with French Ligue 1 side Monaco among the teams battling to sign him alongside clubs in Germany.

A fee in the region of over 15 million euros has been quoted in the Belgium press as his worth by Gent, but many didn’t get to see why he is so highly rated during the play offs.
