Super Eagles B duo of Kalu Orji and Ifeanyi Ifeanyi are in talks with Moroccan side Ittihad Tanger over a move to the champions of the first tier league in Morocco popularly called Botola Maroc Telecom league for sponsorship reasons.
Kalu and Ifeanyi were part of the Nigerian team to the last African Nations Championship which was held in Morocco with Nigeria finishing as runners up after losing 0-4 to the host in the final game.
However the duo did enough to impress the technical hierarchy of the Champions of Morocco who are now in advanced talks with the duo over a move as part of their plans to revamp their squad for the CAF Champions League.
A central defender by trade Kalu has been around the Nigeria Professional Football League ( NPFL) for a while now and aside making the squad to the last two CHAN Championship, he has also trained with the main senior national team in the past.
Kalu only recently joined NPFL high fliers Kano Pillars but Owngoalnigeria.com gathered he could be on his way out of the team in the coming days as negotiations are progressing nicely over his transfer.
Former Nigeria youth international Ifeanyi plays for Akwa United in the NPFL and just like Kalu he has also trained with the senior national team but it is with the B team of the Nigerian side that he established himself as a regular.
