Exclusive – Super Eagles Line-Up Against England – Uzoho Starts, Mikel Returns, Joel Obi Listed

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will today line up in a 4-2-3-1 formation in their friendly game against the Three Lions of England at Wembley, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.

Deportivo La Coruna goalkeeper Francis Odinaka Uzoho retains his spot as first choice goalkeeper for the fourth game in a row, while the back four has Leon Balogun and William Troost-Ekong in centre defence flanked by Shehu Abdullahi and Bryan Idowu as right and left full back respectively.

Joel Obi starts in place of the yet to be fit Wilfred Ndidi in a midfield trio which also has captain Mikel Obi and Ogenyi Onazi‎ , although Ndidi is lined up to have a run out before the end of the game.

Victor Moses, Alex Iwobi and Odion Ighalo will lead the attack of the Nigerian team with Simy Nwankwo and Kelechi Iheanacho dropping to the bench for today’s tie at Wembley.
