Per a post on his official Instagram account Arsenal youngster Kelechi Nwakali has given an insight into his next loan destination, which will be his third loan spell away from the club he joined two summers ago.
Nwakali has been linked with a move to Portuguese giants FC Porto and he confirmed the rumours by posting a picture of himself with his luggages with a caption which suggest his move to Porto on loan is as good as done.
At Porto, he will be reunited with a host of Nigerian players who are at the club in Musa Yahaya, Chidozie Awaziem, Mikel Agu, Chidera Eze and new signings Isah Musa and Emmanuel Kuku.
The move to Porto is seen as a precursor to a step up to the main team of Arsenal after spending two seasons on loan in Holland, the last being a return to MVV Maastricht from VVV Venlo for the second half of last season.
Blessed with the ability to price open defences and also score spectacular goals, he was the captain of the Nigerian team that won the 2015 U17 World Youth Championship and was also voted the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the tournament.
