Leicester City have failed in their bid to persuade Ahmed Musa to have a change of mind in his decision to quit the club after a bid from Saudi Arabia’s big spenders Al Nassr Riyad.
Al Nassr Riyad are willing to offer £40m for his services according to reports from the Middle East country and they are also willing to pay him a salary that will possibly make him the highest earning African player.
The departure of Riyad Mahrez made Leicester City to have second thoughts about sanctioning his move away from the club but Musa has made it clear to them that he wants to leave for the Saudi Arabia outfit.
” Musa wants to leave for Al Nassr, no going back on it. The chance to make that kind of money hardly comes twice in life. As a matter of fact he has told Leicester City he is interested in the move”, a member of his management team told Owngoalnigeria.com.
” He will resume training at Leicester City next week and talks will be held with the club. They already know of his intentions, so they won’t be much problem when it comes to taking a decision on the move”.
